Overview

The app starts with the bookshelf view. With the navigation bar on the left you can get tothe different parts of the app. The command bar contains all functions that are available in the current view.

The app settings offer the following options:

  • Changing the color scheme

  • Specifying your favorite name format (John Doe vs. Doe, John)

  • Indexing the database

  • Exporting the database into an Excel file

  • Importing data from an Excel file

The index of the database is maintained automatically. Should you notice that the type-ahead suggestions are incomplete, you can start a recomputation of the index.

By exporting and importing the database you can transfer the database to another computer. Moreover, you can create backups of your database.
